Nike Pattern
This was created through an exercise in experimentation. My aim was to create a pattern using an existing logo that gives off a unique sense of luxury that could be applied to anything. I was combining Eastern and Western design elements, once again, to create a new and engaging piece. Elements came from designer brand monogram patterns like Gucci and Louis Vuitton, but I also combined these with detailed pattern work that I had seen in mosques. This marriage of East and West works time and time again and takes me in endless directions.
