The Face
This graphic was created to be advertisement for a gallery show. The show explored a dependence on technology and the impact it has on humanity. To emphasize this point in an attention-grabbing way, I chose an expressive, ambiguous character with jarring robotic eyes. I used the text detailing the information regarding the gallery location, time of the event and name of the artist as my medium of choice to make out the face of the character. The aim was to attract people who would be interested in this topic by using visually arresting imagery that would stop someone who is walking by due to the abstract and jarring nature of the piece.
